■检测原理:当X射线穿过材料后,如果材料中有缺陷存在,就会影响射线的吸收,使透过射线强度发生变化,用胶片或数字成像系统显示出这一变化,从而判断出有无缺陷,以及缺陷的性质、数量、大小等。
Principle: When X-rays pass through the material, if there aredefects in the material, it will affect the absorption of theradiation, and the intensity of the transmitted radiation wil!change.The film or imaging system shows this change todetermine if there are defects, as well as the defects type.amount, size, etc.
■适用的检测对象:金属材料、非金属材料、复合材料和焊缝。
Appliction: metal materials, non-metallic materials, compositematerials and welds.
■优点:对体积型缺陷的检出率较高;检测结果形象直观,缺陷定性、定量、定位准确。
Advantages: The detection rate of volumetric defects is high;the detection results are intuitive and it is accurate to determinethe defects nature,size and location.
